Apostle William McCoy, D.D., PhD is the founder/Overseer/CEO of Am I My Brother’s Keeper Outreach Church (AIMBK), Brothers Keeper’s Community Resource Center (CRC), and the International Pentecostal Assembly Ecumenical (IPAE), and continues to serve in active duty unto the Lord.
AIMBK, a grass roots ministry exhibiting strong emphasizes on teaching and deliverance in its outreach activities in the following areas. Jail Ministry, Parole Chaplaincy Training, Street Ministry, Ministerial Training. Dr. McCoy has received many awards, board appointments and more recently, he has been appointed one of the commissioners to the Illinois African-American Family Commission.
IPAE, the Networking Vehicle of AIMBK made up a conglomerate of churches (various denominations) and community-based organizations coming together as one body for the purpose of helping mankind through the sharing of ideas, resources, information and services to meet the spiritual, physical and social needs of all humanity.

Victoria L. McCoy is the Executive Director for IPAE Network of Georgia. A highly experienced Operations Executive who has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success in a variety of fast-paced environments. Strong technical and business skill sets with an impressive track record of more than 20 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business unit development, and project organization.
Victoria has worked with the Department of Children and Family Services, private nonprofits, and served briefly in the United States Army.
Undergraduate Education: B.A. in Sociology, Northern Illinois University.
Graduate Education: M.S. Concentration Management of Nonprofit Organizations, Capella University.
