IPAE's past endeavors include our partnership with Brothers Keeper Community Resource Center (CRC) from 1995-2005, providing services for the ex-offender and sex-offender with housing, mentoring, drug and substance abuse counseling; resource working with the parole officers in training/mentoring for The Illinois Department of Correction (IDOC), and gang resolution counseling.
Members can develop and enhance core skills through training and serving in various capacities and committees. Members are subsequently afforded opportunities to serve on community boards and leadership program boards. These relationships not only foster personal growth but also provide a support system that can be instrumental in equipping them with the tools and resources necessary to be effective in leadership.
